I realized it didn’t matter what I did, he was going to abuse my daughter. I got angry and thought, “How is this freedom from abuse when we’re both still being abused?!?”

I certainly wasn’t letting the ex off the hook for the horrible things he had done to me and to my daughter. But that day I was just so tired of blaming him for everything wrong in my life, for stealing my joy, for halting my healing.

Who is this chick?

Anxious.

Waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Unable to make decisions for fear of consequences and repercussions.

Beating myself up for every little mistake, error and failure.

Blaming myself for being 'stuck'.

Feeling powerless to overcome challenges.

Believing it was impossible to fully heal from my past trauma.

This was me, for a very long time. That's what two decades of a toxic, trauma-filled relationship will do to a woman, even after leaving the situation. I was enjoying some of the freedom that came with physically separating from my ex (no longer walking on eggshells 24/7) yet a dark cloud remained over my mind, my heart and my life.

And then, I woke up, quite literally, from this seemingly endless nightmare. It was like a fog lifting from my vision, space created for thinking and believing differently opened up in my mind, and my heart was given permission to dream again.

I now believe anything (and everything) is possible. THIS...this mindset shift has completely changed my life and I share it with you now. I empower you to rise up, overcome, rescue yourself, and design the life you want, on your terms. You can feel whole again, you can look forward to your future because you can create it.

I’m on a mission to help you and a massive movement of women break free and empower themselves with the knowledge and resources I’ve worked so hard to get myself. To find a deeper level of faith in Jesus as their rock + healer + light in the darkness.
